01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 7bigbet ("we," "us," "our," "the Company"). By accessing or using any part of the 7bigbet platform — whether through a web browser, mobile application, or any other interface — you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

Your continued use of 7bigbet following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this document.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, or other guidelines published on the 7bigbet platform. Where there is a conflict between game-specific or promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the more specific document takes precedence unless these Terms expressly state otherwise.

02 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the 7bigbet platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by 7bigbet. Registration by persons under 21 is prohibited.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and while using the platform, unless 7bigbet expressly permits access from additional jurisdictions.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from gambling on 7bigbet or any other Philippine gaming platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 7bigbet or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or third-party service providers involved in the operation of the platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of placing bets.
• Online gambling must not be prohibited by any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence or use.

03 Account Registration and Security

To use 7bigbet's betting and gaming services, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one active account at 7bigbet. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is a serious violation of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 7bigbet reserves the right to merge accounts, close duplicate accounts, and confiscate any bonuses or winnings generated through duplicate accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 7bigbet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 7bigbet support immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

7bigbet is required by law to verify the identity of its players. You may be asked to provide government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and/or proof of ownership of the payment methods you use. Verification is typically required before processing your first withdrawal and at any point where 7bigbet has reason to verify your identity. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended.

04 Deposits

Deposits into your 7bigbet account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in the return of funds and account investigation.
• 7bigbet accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued by Philippine banks including BDO, BPI, and UnionBank.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 7bigbet wallet instantly or within a few minutes depending on your chosen payment method. Processing delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside 7bigbet's control.
• 7bigbet does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — please check with your provider before depositing.
• All deposits must be in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). 7bigbet does not accept foreign currency deposits.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 7bigbet account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be sent to a payment method registered in your own name. 7bigbet will not process withdrawals to accounts held by third parties.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 3.3.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• 7bigbet does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• If a deposit was made via a specific payment method, 7bigbet may require that the equivalent amount be withdrawn to the same method before allowing withdrawal to a different method.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there is an active investigation into your account, if verification documents are outstanding, or if 7bigbet has grounds to believe that fraudulent or abusive activity has occurred.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

7bigbet offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page in addition to the general bonus conditions below:

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value until any applicable wagering requirements are met.
• 7bigbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including where abuse or technical errors are suspected.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, deliberate low-risk wagering to fulfil requirements, or coordinated betting with other players — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Where a bonus carries a wagering requirement, the full terms including the multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit are published on the promotion page before you claim. 7bigbet does not retroactively add wagering requirements to claimed bonuses.

6.3 Refer a Friend Bonuses

Referral bonuses are credited to your main wallet with no wagering requirement. Refer a Friend terms are governed by the dedicated program terms available on the Refer a Friend page. Referrals must involve genuinely new players; referring existing accounts, duplicate accounts, or self-referrals is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the referral reward.

07 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all 7bigbet products. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within each product area of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, modify, or reverse a bet after it has been placed and accepted by 7bigbet.
• 7bigbet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed.
• In the event of a technical error during the placement or settlement of a bet — including incorrect odds, system failures, or data feed errors — 7bigbet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all products. Current limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by event, market, and player history.
• 7bigbet may limit or decline bets from any player at any time at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Winnings on cancelled events are not paid; stakes are returned in full. Winnings on settled events are final as confirmed on your bet history.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7bigbet and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Operating more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Attempting to exploit errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in the platform for financial gain.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human action.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corruption related to events available for betting on 7bigbet.
• Laundering money or using 7bigbet to conceal the origin of funds from illegal activities.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 7bigbet staff, other players, or any third party connected to the platform.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to any other person.
• Colluding with other players to exploit bonus offers or betting markets.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7bigbet platform — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, software, game titles, logos, trademarks, and user interface designs — is the property of 7bigbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 7bigbet platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 7bigbet content without prior written authorisation from 7bigbet.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 7bigbet's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• 7bigbet is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or closure due to breach of these Terms.
• 7bigbet is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, technical failures, or events outside 7bigbet's reasonable control.
• 7bigbet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes 7bigbet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

7bigbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is available at 7bigbet.best/privacy-policy.

By registering at 7bigbet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, identity verification, deposit and withdrawal transactions, and your use of games and betting products.

7bigbet will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with third parties only where required by law, for payment processing, for KYC/AML compliance purposes, or where you have given explicit consent.

12 Responsible Gaming

7bigbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools and resources to support players who wish to manage their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered 7bigbet players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced — not increased — without a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing your 7bigbet account. Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately. Requests to lift a temporary self-exclusion before the specified period ends are subject to a cooling-off period.

13 Account Closure and Suspension

13.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your 7bigbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable cash) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method once identity verification is complete.

13.2 7bigbet-Initiated Suspension or Closure

7bigbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct is suspected.
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2.
• A regulatory requirement mandates account closure.

Where an account is closed by 7bigbet due to a confirmed breach of Terms, any remaining bonus funds and winnings generated through prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not associated with the breach will be returned after appropriate deductions.

14 Amendments to These Terms

7bigbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or an in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of 7bigbet after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of 7bigbet are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact 7bigbet customer support to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
